SECURITY

This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. All data is protected.

PRICING

Prices are correct at the time of publication. From time to time prices will change in relation to the gold price, and fluctuations in material costs -Laura Basham Bespoke reserves the right to review prices at any time.

Orders will be processed at the published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding. All prices are stated in British Pounds Sterling £GBP. All quotes provided by Laura Basham Bespoke are valid for 30 calendar days, after which a revised quote can be provided on request. 

If you are purchasing from outside the UK, currency exchange rates and credit card charges may make a difference to the amount billed on your credit card. Import duties or tax costs will be invoiced to you directly from FedEx. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

I hope that you will be absolutely delighted with your Laura Basham jewellery. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, I am happy to offer an exchange or credit note within 30 days of purchase. Alternatively, I will refund a sale made through this website if it is returned to me unworn, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging within 14 working days of your receipt of the order. Purchases exempt from both the refund and exchange policies, unless they are structurally faulty, are:

— Commissioned pieces (bespoke)

— Customised pieces

All sales are final for any items purchased at a discounted rate and no exchanges or refunds will be made on discounted items.

To return an online purchase, please contact info@laurabashambespoke.com for further details. Please include your order number in the email.

Laura Basham Bespoke does not accept any responsibility for any items lost, stolen or damaged in transit. These responsibilities are those of the customer. I recommend that UK items be sent by insured special delivery, and international items be sent using a secure and swift fully tracked service. Please note that the cost of shipping is not refundable. In the interests of fraud prevention, your refund will be issued by the same method by which you paid.

If you are not based in the UK and would like to return an item, please note that a customs declaration form will be required on shipping. The goods will need to be correctly detailed as ‘RETURNED BRITISH GOODS’ in order to ensure that no additional customs fees are incurred on re-import to the UK. In the instance that an item is incorrectly marked and a customs fee is incurred, this may be passed onto the customer. This may also delay the returns process.

Unfortunately stones and metal not sourced by the Jeweller can not be guaranteed. Issues will of course be resolved but will be charged for. 

All jewellery should be added to your home insurance, a valuation receipt can be provided on request. 

 

JEWELLERY CARE ADVICE

 Remove jewellery before exercise, manual work or any activity that could result in impact on the piece. 

Remove silver jewellery before showering or before applying sun lotion, perfume etc. This will slow down the tarnishing process of silver. 

All stones, including diamonds can chip or break so always be careful not to drop or impact your gemstone jewellery. If this happens, immediately contact Jeweller for a setting check. 

Clean stones with a simple solution or washing up liquid and hot water. Use a toothbrush to gently get under the setting. For particularly stubborn dirt, soak the piece in the solution then scrub with tooth brush. Doesn’t sound glamorous but works a treat!  

If you feel your piece needs a polish before it’s yearly ‘service’ get in touch and I will happily help.

If I should receive a complaint about any part of my service, by phone, email or letter, then it will be dealt with promptly. I do not store financial information like credit or debit card numbers on this site. All transactions are handled by a secure online independent payment service provider. I accept payment online by Visa, MasterCard, Maestro or Amex via the secure payment provider. Payment can also be made using Paypal.
